I give options to keep exercises basic or by some minor adjustments, to make them much more challenging. You work at the right level for YOU ! A choice of Gentle Pilates or Chair Pilates is on offer at Hughenden Valley Village Hall with other options at other locations.

Equipment for Pilates:

We use our own mats, head cushions, balls, bands, and rollers … as additional equipment to make some exercises more challenging or interesting  … however, most exercises you can do without, it is up to you.
